Robert "Bobby" Benton

Robert “Bobby” Benton, 63, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 30, 2023. He was born on July 31, 1959 to the late C. Edward and Ruth Williams Benton. Bobby was a member of Boynton Baptist Church and worked as a building contractor. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar and drums.

Survivors include his two children, Jennifer Montgomery and Robert Benton; sisters, Sharon Thomas and Carla Bomar; along with numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at Dailey Hills Cemetery.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
