Chris Thomas Heaps

Chris Thomas Heaps, 87, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He was born on October 31, 1934 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He moved to South Bend, Indiana before returning home to Chattanooga in 1997. Mr. Heaps was retired from piano and organ repair services after many years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Joyce Heaps and daughter, Karen S. Price.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy (Chris) Przybysz of South Bend, Indiana; and granddaughters, Nicole M Swanson and Kimberly A. Przybysz.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Monday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
