Carolyn Ann Foster

Carolyn Ann Foster, 78, of Chickamauga went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at her home. She was born on January 5, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Earl and Geneva Parton. Mrs. Foster had lived in the North Georgia area for the past 63 years and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Gene Foster; daughters, Kimberly Davis and Shelley  Griffith; brother, Ronnie (Tracy) Godfrey; sisters, Linda (Andy) Burnette, Brenda Foster, Anita Bell and Sherry Burnette and grandchildren, Tyler Holland, Kaitlin Davis, Jared Griffith and Brooke Griffith and great-granddaughter, Isabelle Holland.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bill Proctor officiating. Interment will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
