Bessie Virginia Armour

Bessie Virginia Armour, 98, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday July 27, 2021. She was born on July 21, 1923 a daughter of the late William Edward Self and Donnie Mae Walters Self. Mrs. Armour was a former employee at SCT yarns.

Bessie was the oldest living member of New Liberty Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Pat Armour and her twin sister Betty Haggard,

Survivors are her son Donald Armour, granddaughters;  Kaitlin Armour ( Ted )  Emerling and Stephanie ( BJ ) Stephenson.     

Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Turner officiating.  Interment in the New Liberty Baptist Cemetery.
